About Us

In the centre of Koprivshtitsa, in the traditional Bulgarian atmosphere of the souvenir and antique shop “Mlachkov” you will be received from us – the owners – Mlachkov family and will find on accessible prices and best quality many and different souvenirs, which are bound up with the Bulgarian way of life and culture.

We founded souvenir and antique shop “Mlachkov” in the summer of 1993 as the first private souvenir shop in Koprivshtitsa. At first the shop was a room of several square metres and was intended for sale of jams from wild fruits, a rose-petal jam, pine and rose honey, produced by us in home conditions from an old family recipe. So we originated the manufacture and the trading with jams in Koprivshtitsa. On the next year the shop extended its area and assortment of goods enlarged with other souvenirs. In its present look the shop exists from 1997 and in 2000 we founded a separate antiquarian part in the shop.
