Rules for orders, payment and delivery

  

The items in the website of the shop are classified in two main groups:

1) Antique shop – single items

2)  Souvenirs – mostly hand-made items

All the prices are in BGN (lv).

 

1. ORDER OF ITEMS

 

1.1. CHOOSE AN ITEM AND ADD IT TO THE SHOPPING CART. Do the same with all the items you want.

1.2. Check the number, the kind and the prices of the items added to the shopping cart. If they match the ones you have chosen, please read the following conditions.

1.3. Select a payment and delivery option. Fill the information needed for delivery (we need maximum exact data).

1.4. Because of the fact that most of the items are single copies, expect a confirmation from us by phone or email. If the item is not available at the moment, we can offer you a longer term for delivery.

1.5. Filling inaccurate data makes the order invalid and therefore not binding for us.

1.6. We pay the value of the delivery if the price of the order is more than 150 lv for Bulgaria.

1.7. Under the amount of 150lv the recipient pays the price of the delivery.

1.9. For orders abroad the delivery is going to be settled after an additionally.

 

2. PAYMENT

 

Choose one of the following ways of payment:

 2.1. Cash on delivery – you pay the courier after receiving the shipment. This is the most chosen and practical way for payment.

2.2. Bank transfer –if you choose this payment option – the client pays the price in advance and we send you the shipment after receiving the message for the transfer from our bank.

 

3.DELIVERY

 

3.1. Because of the fact that most of the items are single copies, expect a confirmation from us by phone or email. If the item is not available at the moment, we can offer you a longer term for delivery.

3.2. The delivery is going to take three days (for Bulgaria the courier firm is ECONT Bulgaria). By wish from your side we can send you the shipment by post. You can notify us for that wish by e-mail or by phone.

3.3 We pay the value of the delivery if the price of the order is more than 150 lv for Bulgaria.

3.4. Under the amount of 150lv, the recipient pays the price of the delivery.

3.5. Due to agreement between the client and us the price of the delivery can be decreased if the delivery should be made in Sofia City, but the term for delivering the shipment will be longer – 7 workdays.

3.6. The ordered item is going to be delivered in a suitable package – carton, envelope etc.

3.7. By receiving the shipment from the courier, the client receives a delivery note and / or a cash receipt and by wish expressed in advance can receive also an invoice after sending us the data needed.

3.8. If during receiving the shipment some questions arise, you can ask the courier or directly us.

 

 4. CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN OF THE SHIPMENT

 

Online shop “Mlachkov” gives you an opportunity, if you are not satisfied with the received item you can return and / or change it under the following conditions:

You can return the shipment within 14-days after the date of the purchase, if:

4. 1.The item is returned with the same courier firm and the client pays the value of the return.

4.2. The item has to be fully equipped (cartons, CDs, envelopes etc.) – unchanged and unaffected appearance.

4.3. The shipment has to be accompanied by the documents needed.

4.4. Before sending the shipment back, you have to notify us.

4.5. We can offer you another items which costs the same or a higher value or send you back the money in 30-days term.

4.6. By changing the item with another one, the client pays the value of the delivery.

 

5. RECOVERY AND RETURN OF THE PAID SUM

 

5.1. We are going to return your money for the purchased items after we are certain of its entirety and functionality.

5.2. Money, paid by bank transfer, is going to be returned the same way.

 

6. SECURITY

 

6.1. If you want to make an order, it’s not obligatory to sign up. It`s enough to fill correct data – address, actual phone and email. This data is needed only for the purpose of the service carried out by us and wouldn`t be submitted to third persons.

6.2. The online shop is not responsible in case a particular item is not available at the moment or in case of other impossibility for delivery of the shipment. 

6.3. The consumers of the website do not have the right to violate the rules of communication, spread viruses and commit malicious acts, which harm the right or the interests of third persons.
